Group 4
An Ode to Group 4
(I know this is not an ode, but I like the word.)
Group 4 consist of three young new teachers and one old fat guy, but WOW how we have a common bond. I have a passion for learning and teaching and I am 100% certain that teaching is a calling from God for me. I just love getting up each morning and going to work. So do these young ladies!
Students know a few special teachers along the way, I can remember 5 or 6 special ones I had, and there are some very lucky students at Huntington High, Crum Middle and Barboursville Middle that will have one of those teachers this year. I am sure that there will be students at each of these schools that are changed for the better and will grow forward and be positive influences on their communities. To these three and all of you, never lose your love of learning and teaching and I am very grateful for experiencing your passion and for what you will accomplish for this crazy world we live in.
