Welcome
A very good welcome to all my hybrid course students. We have fifteen weeks to get you successfully get you through these courses and need to get started sooner than later! Students are required to get the appropriate Martin-Gay textbook and the mymthlab student access kit and schedule an appointment to meet me in the Academic Skills Center at the College. Together we will schedule your three hours a week in the lab and detail how we are going to move you through the material.
You will have plenty of tools to assist you during the semester. I will be in the ASC Monday through Thursday from 7am until at least 4pm and more times by appointment, the ASC has extended hours with mathematics tutors available (Monday through Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-3pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, and Sunday 3pm-7pm), online turoing can be provided free of charge through Smarthinking.com (contact me for information), and I also can be available for online instruction through AOL Instant Messinger (McComasMCTC).
