Summer Project: My diet
Now that the semester is ending, I want to blog about my diet which I started back in January. Note: this is for my benefit and not a guide for others since I am not a doctor, although I have stayed at Holiday Inns.
Reason for starting- The doctor decided he was going to put me on insulin to control my diabetes and I asked for 90 days to see if I could get it down by dieting and losing weight. My brother takes insulin and has had many issues with his blood sugar going low, not for me. I had previous loss weight, seven years ago, using Atkins as my plan, but I eventually worried about the healthiness of the plan and gain the weight back plus. My goal this time is to lose weight by eating healthy and by walking.
