A Teacher that has influenced your life
I would have to say the teacher than has influenced my life the most is a very special teacher. This teacher always allowed me to be me, a Wacky, I like to think youthful, and others might say immature, quiet, but yet noisy student. She was totally supportive when it came to my growth and development which was a very, very, very slow process.
At a time when I was completely lost, hating the work I did, having major problems with depression, totally not the type of person anyone would want to be around, she hung in there, she had my back. When family members thought I was crazy or just lazy and she was bitting her tongue a few times, well more than a few times, supported my decision to become a teacher I am now the person I was meant to be because of this person.
I had some great teachers in school, Mrs. Poland, Mrs. McConihay, Mrs. McCarty, and Mrs. Capehart, but lucky for them they only had to put up with me for a year or two, this Yankee has done it for thirty years.
